Control Testing
You may repeat the procedure using a different level of
control solution.
Do not open the test drum compartment when the
motor is running.
The Accu-Chek Compact
meter turns off
automatically after five minutes of nonuse. After a
blood sugar result has been displayed, the meter turns
off automatically after 60 seconds.
If the display goes blank before the test strip is
released, press the TEST button to release the
strip and turn the meter off.
Retain the vial in which the test drum came
until you have used up the last test strips. When
you perform a control test, you will need to refer
to the list of expected values printed on the test
drum vial label.
Do not reuse a test strip that has been completely
released from the meter.
