Remove knob (7) fixing rear light to vehicle.
Do not force or pull on the wiring.
To remove the tail light (8), slide out the
upper part first and then move it apart
from its seat.
Work with extreme care.
Do not damage the tabs and/or their seats.
With the tail light in your hand, turn
counterclockwise and remove the bulb
holder (9) with bulb (10) of reflector (8).
Remove the bulb from its seat
NOTE Insert the bulb into the bulb holder
matching the two locating pegs with their
guides in the bulb holder.
Fit a new bulb of equal rating. Ensure it is
positioned correctly.
NOTE Make sure that the protective shield
locates correctly into its seat on refitting.
Tighten the screw (7) gradually and
moderately or the protective shield will
damage.
REPLACING THE NUMBER PLATE
BULB
Read page 62 (BULBS) carefully.
To replace the bulb:
Do not pull on the wiring to extract the bulb
holder.
Grasp the bulb holder (1) and pull to
extract.
Remove the bulb (2) and fit a new bulb of
equal rating.
