BULBS
Carefully read page 57
(MAINTENANCE).
WARNING
Risk of fire.
Keep fuel and other flammable
substances away from the electrical
components.
CAUTION
Before changing a bulb, move the
ignition switch to position “” and wait
a few minutes, so that the bulb cools
down.
Change the bulb wearing clean gloves
or using a clean and dry cloth.
Do not leave fingerprints on the bulb,
since these may cause its overheating
and consequent breakage.
If you touch the bulb with bare hands,
remove any fingerprint with alcohol, in
order to avoid any damage.
DO NOT FORCE THE ELECTRIC
CABLES.
NOTE Before changing a bulb, check
the fuses, see page 82 (CHANGING THE
FUSES).
CHANGING THE HEADLIGHT
BULBS
Carefully read page 84 (BULBS).
The headlight contains:
– one high beam bulb (1) (lower);
– one parking light bulb (2) (left side, centre).
– one low beam bulb (3) (upper);
To change, proceed as follows:
u Position the vehicle on the stand, see
page 55 (POSITIONING THE VEHICLE
ON THE STAND).
NOTE Proceed on the side of the bulb to
be changed.
