Preparing a second KeyCard
(“Learning”)
A second KeyCard can be prepared as an
additional KeyCard if the unit is being operat-
ed using the first KeyCard.
If you want to prepare a second KeyCard (a
process known as Learning),
insert the first KeyCard and switch the
unit on.
Theft protection KeyCard
The unit is supplied with a KeyCard.
The car radio can also be operated using a
second KeyCard.
If a KeyCard is lost or damaged, you can
purchase a replacement KeyCard from a
Blaupunkt dealer.
If you use two KeyCards, the second Key-
Card adopts the settings of the first KeyCard.
However, you have the option of storing the
settings for the following functions separate-
ly:
Station button presets, bass, treble, balance,
fader, loudness, traffic announcement vol-
ume, beep volume and equalizer settings.
Furthermore, the values that were set last for
the frequency range, tuned station, traffic in-
formation announcement, RDS, REG, scant-
ime, seek tuning sensitivity, power-on volume
and SHARX are all stored.
This means that after inserting your KeyCard,
you will always be provided with your per-
sonalized set of basic settings.

ture (arrow 1) with the contact surfaces
