4. Select "§ Stat. periodic insp." and press the
controller.
5. Turn the controller to select input of the
date.
6. Press the controller.
The month is selected.
7. Turn the controller to make the adjustment.
8. Press the controller to apply the setting.
The year is selected.
9. Turn the controller to make the adjustment.
10. Press the controller to apply the setting.
11. "CONFIRM" is selected. Press the control-
ler to apply the setting.
The date input is memorised.
The list of entries is sorted anew according to
date.
Display on the info display
The distance and time remaining to the date
that has been entered for the statutory vehicle
inspection is displayed briefly after the ignition
is switched on if the inspection is due immi-
nently.
Ongoing service requirements will be
read out from the remote control by your
Service Advisor.<
Check Control
Principle
The Check Control monitors vehicle functions
and alerts you to any faults in the systems mon-
itored. The system alerts you by means of indi-
cator or warning lights on the info display, pos-
sibly accompanied by an acoustic signal, and
text messages on the info display.
Indicator and warning lights
Indicator and warning lights may light up in a
variety of combinations and colours.
