The cruise-control system is
deactivated.
The cruise control telltale
light goes out.
The telltale light in the
switch remains on.
Resume former cruising
speed
Push button 3 in the RES
direction.
Opening the throttle
does not deactivate
the cruise-control system. If
you release the twistgrip the
motorcycle will decelerate
only to the cruising speed
saved in memory, even
though you might have
intended slowing to a lower
speed.
Cruise control telltale
light shows.
The motorcycle resumes
the previous cruising speed.
Switch off cruise control
Move switch 1 to OFF.
The system is deactivated.
Button 3 is locked.
Emergency off switch
(kill switch)
1 Emergency off switch (kill
switch).
Operating the kill switch
when riding can cause
the rear wheel to lock and
thus cause a fall.
Do not operate the kill switch
when riding.
The emergency off switch is a
kill switch for switching off the
engine quickly and easily.
