10.4.1 Dismounting steps
NOTICE
Destruction of components and devices due to mounting and dismounting
under voltage!
− Before mounting or dismounting, disconnect the control - including its
components - from voltage.
−
Connect the voltage only after the control and its components have been
set up.
For a secure decommissioning with regard to the IT security, refer to ⮫ Chapter 11.3.1 “Notes on safe
decommissioning” on page 34.
Removing the control from the top-hat rail
1. Remove the left or the right end clamp.
2. Remove the first ctrlX IO terminal from the ctrlX CORE
PLUS
if required.
3. Use a suitable tool (e.g. slotted screwdriver) and put it into the lower disengaging mechanism
(base latch) of the control and disengage the control (see (A) in the following figure). The base
latch is locked in the open position.
4. Remove the control vertically to the support rail [see (B)] in the following figure).

Before mounting the control on the support rail again, release the clamping of the open
position again. Press the locking lever, see Locking lever to release the clamping of the open
position.
10.4.2 Dismounting the fan
1. Release the locking hook of the fan at the front, see ➀ in Fig. 11.

Hinge up the fan and disengage from device.
