4.3 Before commissioning the appliance
CAUTION
Risk of damage to the appliance!
The initial commissioning of the appliance must be carried
out by a specialised and qualified technician who will
provide the customer with all the information required for
its proper functioning.
NOTICE
Risk of damage to the appliance!
Never turn on the appliance if there's no water. This could
damage the heating element.
4.4 Switching the appliance on / off
Switch on
Then connect the appliance to the electric connection
socket, ensuring that it is duly grounded.
Off
Switch off the appliance from the electrical connection
socket.
4.5 Operating mode:
The active operating mode is the one shown on the display.
To change the operating mode,
Press the key.
The device takes over the change immediately, no
confirmation is required.
4.5.1 Operating mode SMART
In SMART operating mode, the device operates completely
automatically.
The device permanently monitors hot water consumption
habits and after a minimum learning period of one week, it
automatically adjusts the production of hot water according to
past records.
A minimum availability of hot water is guaranteed depending on
the temperature/comfort level selected.
During the learning period the water temperature is adjusted to
70 °C, after this period, in order to optimise water temperature,
it varies depending on what has been learned.
In the event of a power failure or if the device is disconnected
from the power supply, SMART mode should be selected again.
To choose the SMART operating mode;
Press the key until SMART mode appears on the display
( Fig. 5 [3]).
The SMART operating mode is selected.
4.5.2 Manual operating mode
In Manual operating mode, the device maintains the total
volume of water at a certain temperature depending on the
level selected.
To choose the Manual operating mode;
Press the key until Manual mode appears on the display
( Fig. 5 [2]).
The Manual operating mode is selected.
