* Turn the machine pulley by hand wh en making any adjustments
[I] Needle bar height adjustment
Turn the pulley to comp lete ly l ower the needle bar. Remove cap f), loosen set screwO. a nd vertically ad ju st the
needle bar so that reference l ine@. the top reference li ne on the needle bar, is a lign ed with the bottom of the
needle bar bushing 0.
* Align the second r eference line,@, with the bottom of the needle bar busing when using needle DP x 17 .
II] Needle bar lift stroke adjustment

Turn the pulley to raise the needle bar from the needle lowest position and align reference li ne®. second fr om
top, with the bottom of the needle bar bushing 0. Now , loosen A llen sc rew f) and turn the shuttle driver so that
the shuttle hook point is ali gned with th e needle center .
* A lign the bottom reference line,@ , with the bottom of the needle bar bushing when using needle DP x 17 .
(I] Needle to shuttle hook point gap adjustment

Turn the pu lley and align the shuttle hook point with needle center . Loosen set screw 0 and turn the ecce ntric
connecting link stud f) to adjust the needle to shuttle hook · point gap to 0.01-D.OB mm .
