(3) Select “System Update from SD card” and execute updating.
Updating the OS from a network site
(1) Prepare a FTP server or HTTP server to store the update fi le.
(2) Create a “V-R7000” folder right under the prepared FTP or HTTP site, and store the OS image fi le
and a fi le “V-R7000Update.xml” where the OS image fi le name is written.
• About the OS image fi le
V-R7000_OS version to be updated_from_OS version of the main unit.ota
NOTE: Do not change the fi le name.
• About the fi le “V-R7000Update.xml”
The fi le is used to identify the OS image fi le stored in the FTP or HTTP server.
Write the list of OS image fi les stored in the server as shown below.
NOTE: Do not store the OS image fi le with the same OS version of the main unit in the fi le
name.
Example: <Update>
V-R7000_10028-from-10027.ota
V-R7000_10029-from-10028.ota
</Update>
(3) Select “Network Site” and then make settings for the server.
(4) Select “System Update from the network site” and execute updating.
