What to do if Barge fails on Cisco Conference Phone and results in a fast busy tone?
If Barge fails and you hear a fast busy tone, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, you can't barge an encrypted call if your conference phone isn't set up for encryption. Second, you might have accidentally turned on the Privacy softkey.
What to do if the softkey that I want to use does not appear on my Cisco Conference Phone?
If a softkey is missing, try these steps: First, change the line state by going off-hook or having a connected call. Second, press More to see if additional softkeys are hidden. If it is still not there, your conference phone might not support the feature, contact your administrator.
