Connect
Connect an iPod/iPhone to the USB socket on the
front panel. When connecting a device, the unit will
read the les automatically. The track information
displays on the screen once playback starts.

iPod/iPhone Control Music
Playback Mode
Press and hold the [MENU] button on the front panel
to switch between the two control modes:
•
iPod control mode: Use the iPod/iPhone to operate
the music control.
•
Unit control mode: Use the head unit to operate the
music control.
Note:
Please make sure the iPod/iPhone cable is
connected correctly. And please only use an original
iPod/iPhone cable.
Selecting a Track
1. Press the [
] button to advance to the next
track/song.
Press the [
] button to go to the previous track/
song.
2. Press and hold the [
] button to fast forward
through the track/song.
Press and hold the [
] button to fast backward
through the track/song.
Play / Pause
Press the [ ] button to pause the track/song that is
currently playing.
Press the [
] button to resume playing the track/
song that has been paused.
iPod Menu Search
1. Press the [MENU] button on the front panel to
access iPod menu search mode.
2. Rotate the [VOLUME] knob to switch between
categories.
PLAYLISTS -> ARTIST-> ALBUMS -> SONGS ->
GENRES -> COMPOSERS
3. Press the [MUTE]buttontoconrmtheselection.
4. When the desired Playlist, Artist, Album, Song,
Genre or Composer is displayed, press the [MUTE]
buttonthenthemusiclewillbedisplayed.
5. Rotate the [VOLUME] knob to select a File.
6. Press the [MUTE]buttontoconrmtheleyouwant
to play.
Listening to Pandora
®
You can stream Pandora internet radio by connecting
an iPod/iPhone that has the Pandora mobile application
already installed.
To start streaming, connect the iPod / iPhone with
Pandora already launched.
When the unit displays “PANDORA APP Unavailable”
in Pandora mode, please launch the Pandora Application
by operating the iPod/iPhone connected.
Press the [
/ SRC ] button to enter Pandora mode.
Selecting a Station From the List
Press the [MENU] button and select “BY DATE” or
“A-Z” by rotating the [VOLUME] knob and press the
[MUTE] button.
•
BY DATE: List in order of created date.
•
A-Z: List in alphabetical order.
Thumbs Up/Down
•
Thumbs Up
Press the [ 6  ] button on the front panel for thumbs
up. Giving a track the thumbs up will tell Pandora to play
more tracks like that one.
