ANYWARRANTYCLAIM.
EXCLUSIONS:
ExcludedfromanyCLUBCARwarrantyisdamagetoagolfcarorcomponentresultingfromacauseotherthana
defectincludingpoormaintenance,neglect,abuse,accident&collision,maintenanceadjustments,unreasonableor
unintendedstrainoruse,improperinstallationofaccessories,installationofpartsoraccessoriesthatarenotoriginal
equipment,non-approvedalteration,andactsofGod.AlsoexcludedfromanyCLUBCARwarrantyareallfuses,
lters,decals(exceptsafetydecals),lubricants,routinewearitemssuchasthechargerplugandreceptacle,brake
shoes,belts,brushes,bushings,drivebuttons,cosmeticdeterioration,anditemswhichdeteriorate,fadeorfail
duetoexposureorordinarywearandtear.
Specictothedeepcyclebattery,theprovisionsofthislimitedwarrantyshallnotapplytofailuredueto:
1)Abusesuchasovercharging,undercharging,improperuidlevels,loosewiring,orrustedorcorrodedhardware;
2)Lackofpropermaintenanceasoutlinedinthevehicleowner’smanual;
3)Damagescausedbyimproperinstallationofthebattery;
4)Neglect,breakage,freezing,re,explosion,wreckage,theadditionofanychemical,ortheoperationofthebattery
inanunchargedcondition(belowhalfcharge1.200specicgravity);theinstallationofthebatteriesinreverseor
recharginginreverse,breakageofcontainers,covers,orterminalpost,orbatteriesusedinapplicationsforwhich
theywerenotdesigned.
5)Abatterydamagedbyadefectivecharger.
Transportationexpensesforwarrantyservicesarealsoexcludedfromthiswarranty.
