correspondtotheuser’sjobresponsibility.
WebUser
WebUseraccessallowsuserstoviewinformationandchangealimitedamountof
values.TheWebUseraccessleveltypicallyisusedbythepersonresponsiblefor
printingcards.Otherresponsibilitiescanincludecleaningtheprinter,ordering
printersupplies,orprintingadailyorweeklylogofcardproduction.
TheWebUseraccessleveldisplaysfourmenuselections:Status,PrinterSetting,
Maintenance,andLogOut.
WebAdmin
WebAdminaccessallowsanadministratortosetupatestcardandmakeminor
adjustmentstotheprinter.TheWebAdminuserhasaccesstoconfiguration
optionsandtheuseofdiagnosticstoolsfortroubleshooting.TheWebAdminuser
alsocanspecifyapassword(usingthePrinterSettings>UpdatePassword
option)forWebUseraccess‐levelusers.
Inacardproductionenvironment,theWebAdminaccess‐levelusertypicallysets
upthecarddesign,verifiescommunicationwithexternaldatasources,andtracks
printeractivityandperformance.

WebServiceaccesshasalloftheaboveadjustmentswithadditionalaccessto
adjustoffsets.
TheWebServiceusertypicallyisaDatacard‐trainedserviceprovider.
Access Printer Manager
TheinitialPrinterManagerscreenallowsuserstologonwithausernameand
passwordthatdeterminetheiruseraccesslevel.Theuseraccessleveldetermines
whichmenuitems,options,andadjustmentsareavailable.
1. Makesurethattheprinter'sLCDpaneldisplaysReady.
2. AccessPrinterManagerinoneofthefollowingways:
• IfyouareusingtheCardPrinterDriver,openthePrinterPropertieswindow
andselectthePrinterStatustab.
• ClickConfigurePrintertolaunchPrinterManagerinyourdefaultbrowser.
