8 Exit the menu. The selected data from the
backup file is now available for use.

NOTE: Certain preloaded applications can be
moved, but cannot be deleted.
1 Tap the Settings icon.
2 Tap Manage applications to view the list of
installed applications.
3 Tap Uninstall.
4 Tap Yes to confirm.
Clearing Application Data
1 Tap the Settings icon.
2 Tap Manage applications to view the list of
installed applications.
3 Tap the application you want to delete data.
4 Tap Clear data.
5 Tap OK to confirm.
Clearing Application Cache
1 Tap the Settings icon.
2 Tap Manage applications to view the list of
installed applications.
3 Tap the application you want to clear cache.
4 Tap Clear cache.
Stopping an Application
1 Tap the Settings icon.
2 Tap Manage applications to view the list of
installed applications.
3 Tap the application you want to stop.
4 Tap Force stop.
