4 In the Dell Desktop Suite folder, drag the file
to your computer desktop. Double-click the
installation file and follow the instructions.
Connecting the Smartphone
After installing the Dell Desktop Suite, connect a
USB cable to the mini USB port on the device and to
a PC. The PC will detect your device automatically.
NOTE: You will be prompted to change the
phone USB mode. Select SYNC MODE to
enable synchronization via USB cable.
NOTE: Dell Desktop Suite will automatically
notify you when there is a software upgrade
available for your smartphone or for the Dell
Desktop Suite.
NOTE: You can find Dell Desktop Suite help
after installing and opening the software by
choosing Help > Help Content.
