Remove the base cover.
Procedure
1. Disconnect the speaker cable from the system board.
2. Lift the left speaker off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Remove the speaker cable from the routing guides on the battery.
4. Lift the right speaker off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
