5.3 Pressure Check and Calibration
The pressure inspection is performed according to the customer's usage habits and precision
requirements.It is generally recommended that the pressure inspection frequency be once/year, For
inspection, please use the standard pressure load cell to press against the load cell of the Servo
press. The pressing action is used to control the pressing machine to move to contact, and set the
pressure limit to avoid overpressure,Be careful with this part.
If the pressure value of the machine is abnormal, and it is confirmed by point inspection,
In order to ensure the pressure accuracy, please perform pressure correction,
For the pressure calibration procedure, please refer to the operation manual for calibration.
Caution: Abnormal pressure values often occur, mainly due to overpressure of the press due to
incorrect machine operation settings. Slight overpressure can be corrected and recovered, but severe
overpressure cannot be corrected, and the load cell is damaged.
5.4 Consumable Parts_Belt Replacement
The only spare part of the Servo press is the belt, the specifications are as follows:
* S005/S010
：
S5M-450-25 (The tension value is 123 ± 10% N)
* S030/S050
：
S8M-944-30 (The tension value is 560 ± 15% N)
The replacement steps are as follows:
1. Remove the top cover.
2. Loosen the motor board screw and tension
adjustment screw.
3. Remove old belt and replace with new belt.
4. Adjust the tension screw until the belt is taut to
the predetermined tension
5. Secure the tension screw and the motor plate screw.
6. Put back the top cover and you're done.
6. Periodic Inspection
Servo press maintenance and inspection shall be carried out based on the usage conditions; please
contact our company (Delta Electronics) or contract service providers for the maintenance and
inspection.
