In case of Warranty, or while unsure if the unit in question is covered by
warranty, contact the respective sales organization where the unit was
purchased. Have the following information available:
• Purchase order number and purchase order date
• Installation date
OR
• Serial number and part number of the unit (information available on
the unit's label)
