9PX series UPS safeguards your equipment operations and provide reliable, high-quality AC power
for your precision equipment. It has a wide range of applications involving computer equipment,
communication systems, and industrial automatic control equipment. There are also a variety of optional
accessories available to suit your different needs. Its double-switch online design differs from off-line UPS.
When the mains supply is normal, it adjusts and filters mains supply to provide equipment with the power of
better quality. When the mains supply is abnormal or interrupted, it will provide your equipment with high-
quality off-line power from the standby battery without interruption. When there is an overload or inverter
failure, the UPS will switch to the bypass status, and power will be supplied from the mains supply. As soon
as the overload condition is cleared, the UPS will automatically switch back to the inverter supply status.
Eaton's 9PX series UPS delivers superb performance with the following key features:
• Advanced online double-switch design and fully digital control.
• This product features Eaton's patented ABM
®
technology which can extend battery life, optimize charging
time, and enable real-time monitoring of battery status to remind users to replace batteries before their
service life ends.
• Its ECO mode is energy-efficient to help customers save energy in a stable grid environment.
• A comprehensive set of communication interfaces: One RS-232 communication port, one USB
communication port, and independent dry contact signals.
• Smart card slot, which is compatible with Network-MS, ModBbus-MS, and Relay-MS cards.
• The UPS can be expanded to connect four external battery boxes (EBMs) to support customers’ longtime
running needs.
• Remote On/Off (ROO) and Remote Power Off (RPO) features.
