• The No answer timeout should be set to its min value in the extension settings.
• The Enable T.38 FAX and Enable Pass Through FAX options for that extension should be enabled
as well.
Please Note: In all scenarios the Enable T.38 FAX and Enable Pass Through FAX checkboxes should be
selected for the FAX extension.
