1. Press the button until RINGER 4 1ON or 2OFF shows in the display.
1HI is the default setting.
. Use the (6 or 5) button or the touch-tone pad on the
handset to scroll to 1ON or 2OFF.
3. Press to save. You will hear a conrmation tone.
RINGER OFF
You may choose from three different ringer tones.
1. Press the button on base or button on handset until SET
RINGER TONE or RINGER TONE shows on the display. The default ringer tone is 1.
. Use the touch-tone pad to select 1, , 3 on base or 0~9 on handset or use the
(9 or :) button on the base unit or (6 or 5) button
on the handset to scroll to your selection. The ringer tone plays for few seconds.
3. Press the button on base or button on handset again to
store your selection. You will hear a conrmation tone.
This feature allows you to assign a specic ring tone to a number stored in Memory. It
is recommended that you store a Caller ID record into Memory for this purpose.
1. Press the button until VIP RING TONE shows in the display.
. Press the desired memory location (0 through 9). If there is a number stored in the
selected memory location, VIP RT4DEFAULT shows in the display.
3. Press (6 or 5) on the handset to select from 1 to 10 or
DEFAULT to use ring tone set in the Ring Tone Menu or SILENT to silence ringer.
4. Press to save. You will hear a conrmation tone.
