Turn
main
circuit
breaker
ON
and
operate
drive
system.
2.
Check
wheel
RPM
and
drive
motor
voltage
for
conditions
listed
at
the
right.
Adjust
8A1R
15,
if
required.
3.
If
voltage
and
RPM
values
do
not
agree
with
table,
remove
the
voltmeter
and
take
the
unit
off
the
wooden
block.
a.
Connect
a
pull
scale
to
a
rigid
member
of
the
AMX.
Set
6S2,
the
Forward
Reverse
switch,
to
OFF.
b.
With
the
brake
handle
depressed,
measure
the
force
required
to
move
the
unit
in
a
straight
line
on
a
smooth,
level,
hard
sur-
faced
floor
such
as
tile.
c.
The
force
needed
to
move
the
unit
should
not
exceed
25
Ibs.
(11.34
kg),
excluding
starting
force,
in
either
the
forward
or
reverse
directions.
if
the
moving
force
is
greater
than
25
Ibs,
(11.34
kg)
the
drive
train
should
be
examined
for
a
malfunction.
