Never block the vents (air oi)enings ) of the
range. They l)rovide the air inlet and outlet
that are necessai wtor the range to oi)erate
l)rol)erly with correct con/bustion.
Mr oi)enings are located at the rear of
the cooktoi), at the top and bottoin of the
oven door, and at the bottoin of the range,
under the waiming di'awer.

Pull the knob straight off the stem.
Lower Control Panel and Knobs
It's a good idea to wipe the control i)anel
atter each use of the (,veil. Clean with
Inild soap and water or vinegar and WateI;
rinse with clean water and i)olish dia' with
a s(,ti cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleanseis, strong liquid
cleanei_, i)lastic scouring i)ads or (,veil
cleanei_ on the control i)anel--they will
dan/age the finish. A 50/50 solution ot
vinegar and hot water works well.
The control knobs nlav be reinoved fiw
easier cleaning. To renlove a knob, pull it
straight off the stein. If knob is difficult to
i'einove, i)lace a towel or dishcloth between
the knob and control i)anel and pull gentl>
Wash the knobs in soap and water or a
vinegar and hot water solution.
Met;fl I)arts can be cleaned with soap and
