Quality of Flames
The combustion quali b' of burner flames needs
to be detemfined visually:
(,41 Yellow flames--

(B) Yellowtipson
outer cones--
Normal for LP gas
(C)Soft blue
flames--Normal
for natural gas
If burner flameslook like(A),carl for service.Normal burner
flames should look like (B)or (C),dependlbgon the type of
gas you use.
With LP gas, some yellow dpping on outer cones
is nomml.

[] ]nstnll the oxen shehes in the oxen and
position the range where it will be instnlled.

Check fin" levelness by placing a spirit level
or a cup, partially filled with water; on one
of the oven shelves. If using a spirit level,
rake two readings--with the level placed
diagonally fi_st in one direction and then
the other:
[] Remove the wamfing drawer See the Care
and cleaning of the range secdon, The fl'ont
leveling legs can be a(!i usted fl'om the
bottom and the rear legs can be a(!justed
fl'om the top or the bottom.
[] Use an open-end or a(!justnble wrench to
a(!iust the leveling legs tmtil the range is
level.

from the wall so that the Anti-Tip device can
be instnlled,
