(1) Since air conditioner is type I appliance, please do conduct reliable earth treatment.
The yellow-green wire inside unit is earth wire, which can not be used for other
purpose and further not be cut off. Don’t fix it with tapping screw to avoid electric
shock.
（2）Earthing resistance should match requirements of National Standard GB17790 which
is published by China government.
(3) Users’ power must offer reliable earth terminal. Please don’t connect earth wire to
following places:
① Water pipe; ② Gas pipe; ③ Blowing pipe;
④Other places that professional personnel consider unreliable.
