Set the detecon rules and detecon areas.
1) Set Arming Area. Up to 4 arming areas are selectable.
2) Adjust Sensivity. Sensivity: Range [0-100]. The higher the value is, the more easily the
detecon alarm can be triggered.

Oponal: Set Detecon Target as Human or Vehicle to discard alarms which are not triggered
by human body or vehicle.
4) Click Max. Size and draw a quadrilateral in the preview window to set the maximum draw
area size.
5) Click Min. Size and draw a quadrilateral in the preview window to set the minimum draw area
size.
6) Click Draw Area and draw a quadrilateral in the preview window by specifying four vertexes of
the
detecon region.

Set the arming schedule. Refer to Congure Arming Schedule for details.

Set the linkage
acons. Refer to Congure Alarm Linkage Acon for details.

Click Apply.

Recognion
Facial recognion is the funcon that compares a captured face (in image or video stream) with
those in face picture libraries and returns its
identy informaon if the face is recognized. Based on
facial feature of human being, facial recognion rst checks if human face exists in the input image
or video stream. If there is a human face, the
funcon compares the face data (such as posion,
size, and facial feature) with those in current face picture libraries to idenfy the person.
Note
This funcon is only available for certain models.
Face Capture
Face capture detects human faces appearing in the scene. Linkage acons can be triggered when a
human face is detected.
Steps
1.
Go to Conguraon → Event → Face Recognion → Face Capture .
