Saf ety Precautions
Using spark plugs with an improper heat range
can cause engine damage.
Refer to on page . Use only the recommended type of spark plugs
in the recommended heat range.
The recommended standard spark plug is
satisfactory for most riding conditions.
However, if you plan to ride for extended
periods at high speeds or near maximum power
(high engine rpm) in hot climates, or plan
extended riding in cold climates, a different
plug may be recommended.
Clean any dirt from around the spark plug
base.
