Press down on the seat until locks.
Installation
Removal
Slide the seat ( ) back and lift it.
Insert the front prongs ( ) into the hooks ( ) on the frame and press
the studs ( ) into the grommets ( ).
The seat must be removed for the air cleaner, engine oil, engine oil filter,
clutch, spark plug, battery and fuse maintenance and to remove the side
covers, rear fender cover and left tank side cover, to access the owner’s
manual, air pressure gauge, gear change tool, coolant reserve tank cap
and color label.
Pull the seat latch ( ) at the rear of the seat.
