Before removing the hard drive, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 26).
2. Remove the rubber feet (see Computer feet on page 26).
3. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 27).
4. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 28).
Remove the hard drive:
1. Disconnect the cable (1) from the system board and remove the cable (2).
2. Lift the hard drive (3), and then remove it (4) from the computer.
3. To remove the hard drive bracket, pull the holder sides (1) up and away from the hard drive, and then
remove the bracket cover (2) from the hard drive.
