3. Rotate the top of the touchpad upward to a 20° to 30° angle (4), and then pull the touchpad away from
the computer at an angle (5).
Reverse this procedure to install the touchpad.

Before removing the speakers, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 29).
2. Remove the bottom cover (Bottom cover on page 29).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 30).
Remove the speakers:
1. Disconnect the WWAN antenna cable from the WWAN module and remove it from the clips on the board
(1).
2. Disconnect the cable from the system board for each speaker (2).
3. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 3.0 screw that secures each large speaker (3).
