Programming speed dials
1Press Menu.
1:Fax Functions will display.
2Press 3.
3:Set Speed Dial will display.
3Press Enter.
1:Speed Dial will display.
4Press Enter.
01:Unassigned will display.
The first unassigned speed dial number is shown. You can use the
arrow buttons ( ) to scroll through the list.
5Press Enter.
6 Enter the name of the person (up to 20 characters) and press Enter. See
“Entering dates, times, text, and telephone numbers” on page 5.
7 Enter the fax number of the person and press Enter.
8 Enter the telephone number of the person and press Enter.
9 Repeat Steps 2–7 to enter another Speed Dial Code.
10 Press Cancel repeatedly to exit the menus
Tip!
Either the fax number or telephone number is optional.
