Sending your fax at a later time
To scan your fax to be sent at a later time (up to 23 hours and 59 minutes
later), follow these steps.
1 Insert the document in the document tray.
2Press the Menu button.
1:Fax Functions will display.
3Press Enter.
1:Send Fax Later will display.
4Press Enter.
Cancel * will display.
5 Use the arrow buttons ( ) to scroll to Set Up and press Enter.
Time [xx:xx] will display.
6 Enter the new time and press Enter. (If your local time normally uses am
and pm, you will be asked to select that as the next step.)
Enter Fax Number will display.
7 Enter the fax number and press Enter.
The pages are scanned into the machine and wait in memory until time
to be sent.
