a. After climbing up to the tower, installation engineer A secures the fixed pulley to the tower
platform support and leads the lifting sling through the fixed pulley.
b. Installation engineer B places the fiber coiler for coiling optical fibers on the fiber spools,
and installation engineer D lead the lifting sling through the stretch sling of the optical
fibers and use the other sling as a traction sling to secure the cables 4 m (13.12 ft) away
from the lifting sling, as shown in Figure 2.

NOTICE:
Do not remove the stretch sling and protection pipe or bind optical fibers using one sling, as
shown in Figure 3.
