13.2.2 Upgrading the TE30 Locally
You can use a computer to locally upgrade the TE30.
Before the upgrade, ensure that:
l The target software is saved to the computer.
l The computer is connected to the TE30 using a straight-through cable, crossover cable, or
switch.
Upgrading a Single TE30
You can upgrade a single TE30 using the upgrade program installed on a computer.
Procedure
Step 1 Power on the computer and TE30.
Step 2 Extract the compressed software upgrade package on the computer.
Step 3 Run UpgMaster.exe to display the window shown in Figure 13-1.

Step 4 Click Browser and select the Telepresence.dat file.
Step 5 Enter your TE30 IP address, such as 10.10.10.10.
NOTE
If Reboot is selected during the upgrade, the TE30 automatically restarts after the upgrade.
Step 6 Click Upgrade.
