Install the consumables
To operate the T30v torch, it must have a complete set of consumable parts installed: a retaining
cap, nozzle, swirl ring and electrode. You may also use an optional deflector.
With the power switch in the OFF (O) position, verify that the torch consumables are installed
as shown.

with the deluxe carrying case).
Tighten only
by hand.
WARNING
INSTANT-ON TORCHES
PLASMA ARC CAN CAUSE INJURY AND BURNS
The plasma arc comes on im me di ate ly when the torch trigger is
activated. Make sure the power is OFF before changing consumables.
