Battery pack
To attach or detach the battery pack:
To attach or detach the battery pack or battery case,
follow the illustrations to the left.
Even when the communication terminal power is
OFF, a small current still flows in the communication
terminal. Remove the battery pack or case when not
using it for a long time. Otherwise, the batteries will
become exhausted.

To attach the belt clip:
q Remove the battery pack from the communication
terminal, if it is attached.
w Slide the belt clip in the direction of the arrow until the
belt clip locks in place, and makes a ‘click’ sound.
To detach the belt clip:
q Remove the battery pack from the communication
terminal, if it is attached.
w Lift the tab up (q), and slide the belt clip in the direc-
tion of the arrow (w).
Hand strap
To facilitate carrying the communication terminal, slide
the hand strap through the loop on the top of the rear
panel, as illustrated to the left.
