This command is used to read the measurement value of electronic load.
The sequence of measurement data is listed in the following table:

CURR_RMS Current effective value
CURR_MAX Current maximum value
CURR_MAXP The positive peak current
CURR_MINP The negative peak current
VOLT_DC Direct voltage value
VOLT_RMS Voltage effective value

POW_REAC Reactive power

CURR_CFAC Crest Factor

VOLT_THD Total harmonic distortion of voltage
ETIME Elapsed time under timing mode

This command is used to read the current average value in load input terminal.
