This command can query the Status Byte register. After executing this

command, the bit6 of status byte register will be reset to 0.

Condition RQS ESB MAV QUES

The descriptions of Parameter in the table are as follows:

 RQS: request for service

 ESB: Event summary bit

 MAV: Message available

 QUES: One or more questionable event register is reset
