1.0 Important Spa Owner Information
Your Jacuzzi® Swim Spa is constructed to the highest standards and is capable of providing
many years of trouble-free use. However, because heat retentive materials are utilized to
insulate the swim spa for ecient operation, an uncovered swim spa surface and wall ttings
directly exposed to sunlight and high temperatures for an extended period are subject to per-
manent damage or discoloration. Damage caused by exposing the swim spa to this abuse is
not covered under warranty. We recommend that you always keep the swim spa full of water
when it is exposed to direct sunlight and that you keep the Jacuzzi® insulating cover in place
at all times when the swim spa is not in use. Read and carefully follow the requirements for
your swim spas support base found in Section 4.0 titled, Choosing a Location.
Jacuzzi® swim spas constantly strives to oer the nest swim spas available, therefore,
modications and enhancements may be made which aect the specications, illus-
trations and/or instructions contained herein.
2.0 WARNINGS
Jacuzzi Europe S.p.A. declines all liability for damages arising from failure to observe
the following directions.
For periodic lling, if you decide to connect the swim spa hydraulic circuit to the
public water system that supplies drinking water, this connection must be carried
out in compliance with the EN1717 norm, using AA, AB” or AD” anti-pollution pro-
tection procedures. For further information, we recommend you contact your water
supply company and/or your plumber.
Do not connect the swim spa to the hydraulic system using hoses used to water the
garden.
CAUTION: Before preparing the drainage system for connecting the swim spa, consult
the local authorities about regulations for the disposal of chemically-treated water.
In areas where winter temperatures frequently drop below 0
o
C, during the period when the
swim spa is not in use, it is recommended to completely empty the system (swim spa, com-
pensation tanks, pipes, lter.
In areas where temperatures drop below 0
o
C only occasionally, the swim spa can be kept in
operation as it includes a “freeze protection feature that guarantees the maintenance of a
minimum water temperature.
