4. Press to select Saturation* and use / to adjust its values. Every
adjustment made reflects to the image immediately.
5. Press to select Gain and use / to set its values. The contrast level of
the primary color you select will be affected. Every adjustment made will
reflect to the image immediately.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 until you have made all of the desired adjustments.
7. When done, press BACK to exit.
*About saturation
It is the amount of that color in a video picture. Lower settings produce less
saturated colors; a setting of “0” removes that color from the image entirely. If the
saturation is too high, that color will be overpowering and unrealistic.
e-shift
Switches the display resolution.
• Off: Switches to 1080p resolution.
• On (recommended): Switches to 4K resolution.
Reset Picture
Mode
Returns all of the adjustments you’ve made for the selected Picture Mode
(including preset modes, User 1, and User 2) to the factory preset values.

Pattern
Is used to adjust the image size and focus
and check that the projected image is free
from distortion. To close the test pattern,
go back to this menu and select Off.
Blank Timer
Select the Blank Timer from 5 to 30 minutes in increments of 5. The default is
Disable.
Message
Press OK to enter Message menu. Select Off to disable messages such as
source information and best resolution. The default is On.
Splash Screen
Allows you to select which logo screen displays during projector start-up. You
can choose JVC logo screen, Blue screen, or Black screen.
Background
Color
Sets the background color for the projector.
