the bulb could overheat surrounding
plastic parts.

TO CHECK THE BRUSHES
When brushesare worn to the level of the
base support bars, replace the agitatar
assembly.
TO REPLACEAGITATOR
ASSEMBLY
1. Remove PowerMate cover, belt and
agitator assembly. See "To Remove Belt" in
BELTCHANGING AND AGITATOR
CLEANING (page 23-24).
2. Replace agitator assembly. See your
separate repair parts list for part number.
3. Reinstall belt and PowerMate cover. See
"To replace belt" in BELTCHANGXNG AND
AGITATOR CLEANING (page 23-24).
