OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVING FASTENERS FROM TOOL
WARNING
• Disconnect the tool from the air supply (not included) before removing fasteners. Failure to do so
could result in serious personal injury.
1. To remove a strip of fasteners from the tool, depress magazine release (J) and slide magazine (E)
open.
2. Remove the fastener strip.
CLEARING A JAMMED FASTENER
WARNING
• Disconnect the tool from the air supply before clearing a jammed fastener and keep tool pointed in
a safe direction while clearing the jam. Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury.
1. Remove fasteners from the tool. Pull up on the jam
release (B) latch.
2. Open jam release (B). Insert a athead screwdriver
(not included) into the driving mechanism and push the
driver mechanism back, freeing fastener jam.
3. Remove bent fastener.
4. Close jam release (B) and latch.
5. Reconnect tool to air supply (not included).
6. Reinstall fasteners.
