PREPARATION
LOADING TOOL WITH FASTENERS
WARNING
• The tool’s driving mechanism may cycle when rst connected to air supply. ALWAYS connect tool
to air supply before loading fasteners to prevent injury from unintended cycling.
• Before each session, ALWAYS make sure magazine (E) is empty before connecting to air supply.
1. Connect tool to air supply (not included). With nose
of tool pointed away from you, depress magazine
release (J) and slide magazine (E) open.
WARNING
• Keep tool pointed away from yourself and others
when loading fasteners. Failure could result in serious
personal injury.
2. Insert brad nails (not included) into the magazine (E)
with nail heads pointed toward the tool handle. Make
sure nail tips rest against bottom of magazine (E).
WARNING
• Use only fasteners recommended for use with this tool
(See Product Specications, page 2). The use of any
other fasteners can result in tool malfunction and/or
serious injuries.
• NEVER load fasteners with workpiece contact (C) or
trigger (H) activated. Doing so could result in serious
personal injury.
3. Push magazine (E) cover closed until it is securely
snapped into place.
