1.
Place the machine on a level place.
2.
Stop the engine.
3.
Turn radiator cap (1) slowly until it hits the stopper and re-
lease the pressure.
4.
While pushing radiator cap (1), turn it until it touches to the
stopper
, then remove it.
5.
Remove the cover which is under the front cover, take out
drain
hose (2), and prepare a container to catch the cool-
ant.
6.
Open the inspection cover under the engine on the lower
part of the machine.
7.
Open drain valve (3) to drain the coolant.
REMARK
Keep
air bleeding valve (4) open while adding the coolant
or water to the cooling system. The air which is collected
during adding of the coolant or water will be bled. After
adding the coolant or water, close air bleeding valve (4).
8.
After draining the coolant, close drain valve (3) and add
city water
.
9.
After the radiator is filled with water, start the engine.
10.
Run the engine at low idle for approximately 10 minutes.
