Stop the engine.

Open drain valve (3) to drain the coolant.

Close drain valve (3).
14.
Add Non-Amine Engine Coolant (AF-NAC) through the coolant filler port up to the mouth of the port.

15.
Start the engine.
16.
Run the engine at low idle for 5 minutes, and then run at full speed for a further 5 minutes. (At this time,
keep the radiator cap removed.)
The air is bled from the coolant.
17.
Open the hydraulic tank inspection cover, and drain the
coolant from reservoir tank (5).
18.
Clean the inside of reservoir tank (5).
19.
Add Non-Amine Engine Coolant (AF-NAC) to the middle
between FULL and LOW
.
20.
Stop the engine.
21.
Tighten radiator cap (1).
22.
Check the coolant level in reservoir tank (5).
If necessary, add Non-Amine Engine Coolant (AF-NAC).
