– Wash the air filter thoroughly in special cleaning liquid and
allow it to dry properly.

Only press the air filter to dry it, never wring it out.
– Oil the dry air filter with a high quality filter oil.
Oil for foam air filter ( p. 162)
– Clean the air filter box.
– Check the intake flange for damage and firm seating.
Finishing work
– Install the air filter. ( p. 79)
– Install the air filter box cover. ( p. 78)
