6.10 Closing the filler cap

Warning
Fire hazard Fuel is highly flammable, toxic and a
health hazard.
– Check the filler cap is locked correctly after clos-
ing.
– Change your clothing in case of fuel spills on them.
– Rinse the affected area immediately with plenty of
water in the event of contact with the skin.
– Fold down the filler cap.
– Turn the ignition key 90° clockwise.
– Push down the filler cap and turn the ignition key counter-
clockwise until the tank lock engages.
– Remove the ignition key and close the cover.
