(ASSEMBLING)
Assembling
(1) Put the bag frame
below .
(1) Grass catcher bag
(2) Bag frame
(1) Plastic edge
(2)
Bag
frame
(1) Plastic edge
(2) Top pin
into
the bag . See the sketch
(2) Fit the plastic edges
on the bag frame . Put the top
pins of the bag frame through the holes of the
bag .
(3) Hook the plastic edge of the back door to the top
pins of the bag frame .

7 . MAINTENANCE
7 .1
PRE-START INSPECTION
To keep the machine
in good working condition,
as
well
as to avoid any accidents or
problems, carry out
the
periodic inspection and maintenance
listed below .
Check the following
points before each use .
1 . Check if fuel level is sufficient
(See page 33) .
2 . Check if the engine oil level is
sufficient, and oil is
clean
.
3 . Check the air cleaner
element for clogging
(See page
34) .


4 . Make sure
the grass catcher bag is
clean and free
from
holes .
5 . Check the blade mounting
bolts for looseness (See
page 35) .
6 . Check the
machine for oil leaks .

Check machine for any damage
and make sure the
bolts and nuts are tight .
8 . Disconnect spark plug cap
before servicing or clea-
ning . For inspection, always tilt mower with
muffler
side facing up .
7 .2 ENGINE OIL
Oil level check and refilling
(I) Check the engine oil
before starting the engine or
wait at least 5 minutes after the englne has stopped .
(2) Unscrew
the oil level dipstick, wipe clean and screw
it back down . Remove dipstick again to see if the oil
level is between
the upper and lower limits . The oil
level should never be above full mark, because
spark plug failure and engine damage will occur .
(3) If the oil level is too low, add fresh oil
to the upper
limit .
