Install manifold gauges on t he circuit to be chec ked. Shut
do wn the a xial fans a nd wait for the HP s witch to s hut
do wn the co mpress or : 2 9b ar (+1 / -0) aut o-reset 22bar (+
- 0.7) Rec onnect fans. Switch off the centrifugal supply fan
and wait f or th e L P s witch to c ut out : 0. 5b ar (+ - 0.5) res et
1.5 bar ( +-0.5).

Chec k the fan blades conditions and all fan guards and
protecti ons

Chec k position of all sensors
Chec k the good positioning and operation of all sensors of
all sens ors. Chec k th e val ues g i ven in t he c on trol s yste m.

Chec k the fr esh air grilles (if fitted). If dirt y or damage d,
remove them from unit and clean with high pr essure water
cleaner. Refit on unit onc e clean and dry.

regulations)
Visuall y ch ec k t he c oils for dirt. If not to o dir t y, cleaning
wi th a l ig ht br ush ma y be e no ug h ( WAR N IN G: F i ns a nd
copper tubes are very fragile! Any damage WILL reduce
the perf ormances of the u nit). If ver y dirt y, deep i ndus trial
cleaning is required using de-greasing agents.(External
contractors must be c alled).
